Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to manage service priorities, dispatch work orders, and coordinate technician assignments across districts.

You will ensure adherence to scheduling guidelines, communicate progress to Account Managers, and drive timely updates to clients and field teams. The role requires coordinating with the Service Manager and Account Managers to schedule quoted repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment replacements, while tracking KPI metrics and handling

Qualifications

• Must coordinate service technicians and scheduling for quoted repairs and fleet work.
• Communicate job progress to Account Managers and clients, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
• Maintain scheduling standards and KPI tracking for field activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service priorities and job turnaround within guidelines.
• Dispatch work orders during business hours for assigned districts.
• Maintain Service Standards for Schedule Adherence, NTE Management, IVR Compliance, Client Forms, and Work Order Resolution.
• Communicate job progress with Account Managers and advise on scheduling delays.
• Coordinate technician assignments for quoted repairs with Service Manager.
• Plan Preventative Maintenance to meet scheduling requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of information from the field, including confirmations and notes to clients.
• Schedule all approved quoted repairs within two business days of part delivery.
• Schedule equipment replacements within one week of equipment delivery.
• Coordinate larger quoted work involving rental or crane equipment.
• Coordinate and schedule all vendor meetings with Service/Account Managers.
• Enter detailed notes on scheduling and logistics; follow up on return status.
• Keep job moving with notes on follow-ups; handle special technician requests.
• Monitor technician time on jobs and guide efficiency with Service Manager.
• Assess workload and plan overtime/weekend coverage; issue POs to technicians.
