Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Service Coordinator for HVAC in Broderick, CA to act as the liaison between customers and the service organization, coordinating PMAs and routine service work orders. The role emphasizes problem solving and proactive communication to ensure smooth maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in service coordination or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and a solid understanding of contract management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in HVAC/mechanical/construction/service industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn service management systems.
• Understanding of service contract management, customer service, and process improvement.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate first time preventive maintenance visits.
• Contact customers to establish permissible dates for initial site visits.
• Proactively contact customers 30 to 60 days prior to PMA renewal dates.
• Discuss pricing escalations and potential agreement modifications.
• Assist in developing and executing customer care call templates for periodic check-ins or site visits.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of PMA records in the system.
• Coordinate with technicians, customers, and the PMA Coordinator to resolve missing or incomplete data.
