Job summary

Tech24 in Chicago, IL is seeking a Service Coordinator to support daily service operations for HVACR services. You will work with project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and customers to schedule, document, and complete work efficiently.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced on-site environment. Pay ranges $22-$30 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in service coordination or dispatch roles.
• Accounts payable/receivable experience is a plus.
• HVAC/R or commercial service knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter customer and service-call information into the system.
• Answer calls, emails, and after-hours messages from customers.
• Communicate appointment confirmations and service updates.
• Update financial records and support AP/AR balances.
• Coordinate with technicians on tickets and documentation.
• Monitor open service calls and follow up on required work.
