FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Coordinator to join our Atlanta team. Help manage service calls, schedules, and customer communications from our office, ensuring efficient dispatch and accurate documentation.

The role focuses on coordinating with technicians, account managers, and customers, maintaining high levels of service quality, and supporting growth as the company expands nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of dispatching experience.
• HVAC or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and relay calls/messages.
• Coordinate with customers, account managers, technicians; create service calls.
• Review work orders for accuracy; correct billing as needed.
• Schedule and dispatch crews per customer requests.
• Arrange repairs by coordinating with customers and technicians.
• Identify the best technician for each job.
• Work in office from 7 AM to 5 PM.
