Job summary

Daikin Applied in Irving, TX is seeking a Service Coordinator for the Dallas District Service Office. You will schedule and dispatch Commercial HVAC technicians, manage customer inquiries, and coordinate parts and paperwork to ensure timely service delivery.

In this in-office role, you will support operations, bill customers, and maintain OSHA logs while upholding top-level customer service and accuracy in administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing service or analogous field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for some experience.
• Experience with Astea or similar service-tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch commercial HVAC technicians for startups, repairs, warranty, and maintenance.
• Address customer inquiries and route technical questions to appropriate resources.
• Plan and adjust technician hours for Data Center work.
• Coordinate startups and communicate scheduling to customers; follow up on progress.
• Invoice and bill customers; perform AP/AR tasks.
• Follow up on payments and close-out work orders.
• Coordinate warranty administration and order parts; track shipments.
• Enter data into ERP systems including work orders and customer info.
• Maintain OSHA logs and greet customers professionally.
• Organize inventory processes and prioritize urgent Data Center tasks.
