This also includes maintaining the customer database with customer’s correct & current information. Must be a team player and maintain excellent internal and external customer service.**** ****Bilingual is a plus!********Weekly Schedule: Training schedule Mon-Fri 8-5 for the first 4-6 weeks********After completion of training, the schedule will be:**** ****Hours Monday-Friday 10am-7pm in office, and weekend may be required during peak season May-August with holiday rotation schedule remote work.********Summary/Objective:**** The Service Coordinator CSR is responsible for scheduling appointments with CCA clients through incoming calls, chats and online bookings. This involves maintaining the customer database with current information and booking calls with Service Technicians. Must be a team player and maintain excellent internal and external customer service.****Essential Job Functions:****• Responsible to take all incoming calls as received• Respond to all web chats and online bookings per customer request.• Be able to multi-task within chat and phone demand.• Schedule all demand service calls as calls are received.• Create work orders for all service calls.• Verify customer files are up to date as information is received from installation.
