Advance Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Coordinator to join our growing customer service team in Greenville, NC. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating schedules, supporting customers, and playing a critical role in the daily success of a respected HVAC company.

WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Pay: We offer our HVAC Service Coordinator $15 per hour with the potential to earn up to $50,000 per year.

Schedule

This is a full‑time, in‑office position, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a full one‑hour lunch break each day and a weekly rotating on‑call schedule from 5 PM to 7 PM. This is not a work‑from‑home position.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our HVAC Service Coordinator, you'll be the hub of daily operations, arriving each day ready to provide the outstanding service our customers have come to expect. You'll answer incoming calls, assist customers with professionalism and care, coordinate and dispatch service appointments, communicate schedule updates, and maintain daily call logs and reports. Throughout the day, you'll work closely with customers and team members alike, helping ensure service runs efficiently and smoothly.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to develop tools that create efficiencies within a department
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
• Excellent communication skills
• Dependable and detail‑oriented

Fluency in both English and Spanish and an associate degree are preferred but not required.
