Job summary

Mitchell Heating & Cooling in Rolesville, NC seeks an HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our family-owned team. This CSR role focuses on being the first contact for homeowners and commercial clients, dispatching technicians and maintaining accurate records with a friendly, service-driven approach.

You'll use Service Titan daily to schedule and communicate, collaborate with a supportive team, and help us deliver timely service with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a schedule coordinator, dispatcher, project coordinator, or similar office experience.
• Advanced customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience
• Organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls and service inquiries.
• Dispatch service technicians and schedule service calls.
• Maintain accurate customer records and keep the database current.
• Provide timely updates on service lead times.
• Use Service Titan daily to manage scheduling and communications.
• Work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

HVAC Service Dispatcher - CSR | $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm

Schedule: Monday through Friday | with occasional Saturdays during peak season
