Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and listening communication skills.
• Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage service contract renewals, including PO collection and performance oversight.
• Maintain a list of all local branch maintenance contracts.
• Initiate renewals 90 days before expiration.
• Lead renewal meetings with operations and account managers.
• Contact customers at least 60 days before expiration.
