Job summary

EMCOR Group in the Chicago metro area is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Contract Sales Specialist to develop profitable service maintenance programs for commercial facilities. The role emphasizes relationship-building with Chief Engineers, Account Managers and Property Managers to expand our HVAC service contracts.

The candidate will estimate, price, and present service maintenance solutions, leveraging CRM data and cross-functional collaboration to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of general sales experience.
• Prospecting skills are a must.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Independent decision making is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have operation vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the industry and products/services.
• Estimate, price and sell service/preventive maintenance programs.
• Research prospective service contracts via calls, visits, conferences, internet, and relationships.
• Establish relationships with prospective clients.
• Appraise mechanical systems to determine maintenance needs.
• Follow up on territory leads and maintain CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Project Managers and Service Operations.
• Maximize sales growth, volume and profitability of accounts.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations.
• Develop and review client proposals with pricing models.
• Develop sales at defined margin levels to attain market share.
