Carrier Global Corporation seeks an energetic Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service in Western North Carolina. You will identify opportunities, advance service agreements, repairs, and modernizations while building trusted advisor relationships with customers.

The role emphasizes field-based customer engagement, plan development, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize building assets’ performance and lifecycle value.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related roles.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs, climb ladders, and work safely around rooftops and mechanical rooms.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Planning & Growth: develop territory plans and expand relationships; present at seminars.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: track activities, prioritize leads, manage pipeline to hit targets.
• Consultative Closing & Renewals: assess buying stages, deliver proposals, secure bookings, renewals.
• Sell the full Carrier HVAC Service portfolio: service agreements, repairs, modernizations.
• Create and maintain Sales Territory and Account plans as needed.
• Present at customer seminars to develop relationships and opportunities.
• Promote Carrier value mapping to customer objectives and solutions.
• Utilize CRM to manage interactions, activities, and opportunities.
