Job summary

Applegate Home Comfort is hiring a Selling Technician in Michigan to diagnose HVAC issues, perform preventative maintenance, and identify opportunities to replace equipment. You will stay updated on new products and communicate options to customers while supporting on-site sales with the installation team.

Requirements include 1–5 years of residential HVAC sales and service experience, an HVAC degree or trade certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Job Description: HVAC Selling Technician

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Applegate Home Comfort is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing HVAC team as a Selling Technician.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00+/hour (uncapped commission)

The Selling Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairing, and replacing parts on equipment as needed to meet customer needs. This role also requires the ability to identify opportunities for system replacements, communicate those opportunities to customers, and successfully close on-site sales of new equipment. Technicians are expected to communicate effectively with both customers and dispatch regarding job details and any additional information necessary to ensure exceptional service. Accurate documentation of all jobs and customer interactions is required.

What You Will Do
