Job summary

Academy Air in Hazelwood, MO is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Selling Technician to join our growing team. You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment, demonstrate strong problem-solving, and deliver outstanding customer service while earning uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC sales experience.
• ServiceTitan experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Demonstrate efficient problem-solving and strong customer service.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes and adhere to safety policies.
• Maintain physical ability to handle workload as needed.

Pay:$23.00 - $40.00/Hour (Base + Uncapped Commission)

What you will do as an HVAC Technician:

• Diagnose, and repair heating and air conditioning equipment
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS

What YOU will bring as a HVAC Technician:
