Job summary

Davison Heating & Cooling, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Sales Technician to join our growing team. The role offers an uncapped commission structure and a pay range of $25.00–$40.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle.

You will leverage your HVAC service/sales experience to drive customer satisfaction and close deals. Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, maintaining documentation, and running service calls as

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service/sales experience.
• Familiar with Nexstar and ServiceTitan (preferred).
• Provide sales metrics.
• Valid driver's license.
• EPA Certification (Must Have).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, or issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation on all jobs and client communications.
• Diagnose HVAC equipment problems and perform preventative maintenance.
• Run service calls to repair or replace parts as necessary.

What YOU will do:

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have
• Maintaining accurate documentation on all jobs and communication with clients
• Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Run service calls- repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
