Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in an office setting, dispatching, scheduling, or project coordination.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), MS Outlook, and Adobe.
• Experience with CRM databases is preferred.
• HVAC or similar industry experience is desirable.
• Good geographical knowledge of the Dallas area.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls.
• Maintain the Service Technicians' daily schedules and verify all information for each closed job.
• Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in for repairs.
• Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians.
• Maintain customer database with current information.
• Clear and concise communications with managers, employees, and customers.
• Job costing and some project & labor management.
• Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing.

Customer Service - HVAC Scheduler

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience + commissions

Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm | On-Call rotation

This is a pivotal position in our office and the initial contact with our customers and requires someone with excellent customer service skills, and high attention to detail

What You Will Be Doing:
