Havtech Supply is launching an Account Manager-in-Training program in Columbia, MD designed to cultivate sales talent by rotating through departments and building knowledge of warehouse operations, customer service, and outside sales.

The 12- to 18-month program focuses on HVAC product knowledge, customer service skills, sales processes, and field exposure to prepare for a future Account Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years HVAC industry experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Havtech departments to learn operations and processes.
• Develop and execute account plans for key customers.
• Identify buying influencers and manage customer inquiries for HVAC parts and services.
