Job summary

Havtech in Columbia, MD is seeking recent graduates for its Account Manager-in-Training program to rotate through warehouse operations, customer service and outside sales, building a broad HVAC sales foundation.

The 12– to 18-month development program includes leading manufacturer training and field exposure to prepare for a future Account Manager role. A bachelor’s degree or HVAC experience is required, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within eight months in a business or related field.
• Have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Havtech Supply departments to gain broad exposure to operations, service and sales.
• Process customer inquiries and assist with quotes and order management for HVAC parts and equipment.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams to support sales goals.
• Participate in structured manufacturer trainings and field exposure to develop sales skills.
