Job summary

Havtech Supply offers an Account Manager-in-Training program for recent graduates. The 12- to 18-month program rotates through Havtech Supply departments to build HVAC product knowledge, customer service, and sales process experience.

Trainees will receive selective training from leading manufacturers represented by Havtech, gaining exposure to Daikin and other brands to prepare for a future Account Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering, or at least two years HVAC industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Interest in a sales career path.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Havtech Supply departments to gain in-depth knowledge of operations.
• Identify and process customer orders and inquiries for HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies.
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans to build long-term partnerships.
• Prepare proposals and pricing aligned with customer requirements and Havtech’s offerings.
• Participate in structured training and manufacturer programs, including Daikin Bootcamp.
