Job summary

Havtech Supply in Columbia, MD is launching an Account Manager-in-Training program designed to develop your sales talent by rotating through warehouse, customer service, and outside sales functions.

The 12- to 18-month program provides HVAC product knowledge, sales process experience, and field exposure to prepare for a future Account Manager role. Coursework includes Daikin bootcamp, general sales training, and exposure to major manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field within 8 months, or 2+ years HVAC experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Interest in a sales career path.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Havtech Supply departments to learn product offerings.
• Identify and process customer orders and manage inquiries for HVAC parts and supplies.
• Develop an account-specific business plan for long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Havtech Group across departments to support customers.
• Participate in structured training and manufacturer programs.
