Job summary

B&B Heating and Cooling is seeking an HVAC Service Tech to join our on-site team in Missouri. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service and clear documentation.

A valid license, EPA certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required. We offer an industry-leading sign-on bonus for high performers, uncapped commission, and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, a company vehicle, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Residential HVAC service experience.
• Familiar with Nexstar, Service Titan (preferred)
• Provide sale metrics
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• EPA Certification (Must Have)

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, or issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation on all jobs and communications with clients
• Diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Run service calls—repair and/or replace parts as necessary
