Academy Air is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Tech to join a growing team. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining precise service documentation to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, and familiarity with Nexstar or Service Titan. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy equipment are required; a company vehicle and benefits are

• Run service calls to repair or replace parts as necessary.

What YOU will do:

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have
• Maintaining accurate documentation on all jobs and communication with clients
• Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Run service calls- repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary

What You will bring:

• 2+ Years of Residential HVAC service experience
• Familiar with Nexstar, Service Titan (preferred)
• Provide sale metrics
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• EPA Certification (Must Have)
