Job summary

B&B Heating and Cooling in Missouri is seeking an HVAC Service Tech to join a growing team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to service calls.

Applicants should have 2+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Nexstar or Service Titan experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Familiar with Nexstar, Service Titan (preferred).
• Provide sale metrics.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• EPA Certification (Must Have).

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, or issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation on all jobs and communication with clients.
• Diagnose problems with HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Run service calls to repair and/or replace parts as necessary.
