Job summary

ProActivate is seeking an experienced HVAC sales professional to lead business development in a high-opportunity Florida territory. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and develop budgets and proposals for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

The role rewards initiative and technical credibility with strong OTEs and relocation assistance for the right candidate. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless project execution in healthcare

Qualifications

• Proven commercial HVAC sales track record.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Develop and present estimates, proposals, and client presentations.
• Identify, target, and develop net-new customer relationships within the assigned territory.
• Develop conceptual budgets and project plans for capital projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on capital projects and system improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Balance shorter-cycle rip and replace projects with longer-cycle opportunities.
