Job summary

4 Seasons Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. is seeking an ambitious HVAC outbound sales representative in Orlando to drive new business and close profitable opportunities.

You will prospect via phone, email, and social channels, qualify leads, present quotes, and coordinate with install teams to ensure seamless project execution. A strong hunter mentality and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 2+ years outbound sales experience (in-home, B2C, or B2B) preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and self-directed prospecting.
• Basic understanding of HVAC concepts or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate new leads and appointments.
• Identify customer needs and recommend HVAC maintenance plans, services, and upgrades.
• Educate customers on memberships, indoor air quality, and cost-saving solutions.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and financing options.
• Follow-up on leads promptly to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, and business owners.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in CRM.
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay current on HVAC products, industry trends, and local market conditions.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
