Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated, confident, and personableHVAC Sales Representativewho wants to take their sales ability into the skilled trades.

Since 1969, Summers has helped Indiana homeowners take care of their plumbing, heating, and cooling needs. We're looking for someone who can connect with people, build trust, uncover needs, and confidently help homeowners choose the right solutions for their homes.

We'll teach you HVAC.

What You'll Actually Do

This isn't about standing behind a counter waiting for someone to buy something.

You'll meet homeowners inside their homes, learn what's going on with their heating and cooling system, ask questions, understand what's important to them, and help them determine the best solution for their home.

You'll learn how to:

• Build trust quickly with homeowners
• Ask great questions and uncover customer needs
• Evaluate residential heating and cooling systems

No HVAC Experience? That's Okay.

Previous HVAC experience is welcome, butit is not required.

We can teach you how a furnace works.

We can teach you how an air conditioner works.

We can teach you how to evaluate residential HVAC equipment.

We can teach you the technical side of the skilled trades.

Compensation

$150,000 – $200,000+ annual earning potential
