Job summary

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Warsaw, IN is seeking a dedicated HVAC Tech to join our team. You’ll inspect, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, and provide world-class service in customers’ homes.

We offer training, a competitive salary ($55,000–$80,000 yearly), a generous sign-on bonus, uncapped incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(k), and company vehicle/program perks.

Qualifications

• Understand operation of various Residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and repair error codes.
• Able to participate in an on-call rotation.
• At least 3 years prior field experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and service residential HVAC systems in customers' homes.
• Diagnose heating and cooling issues and implement solutions.
• Respond to service calls and communicate with customers.
• Participate in weekly trainings and ongoing schooling.
