Job summary

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling of Bloomington is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to meet homeowners in Monroe County, inspecting residential systems and recommending the best indoor comfort solutions. You will explain conditions, options, and replacements in clear language, build lasting relationships, and document work using ServiceTitan while operating a take-home company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential in-home HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in simple, customer-friendly language.
• Ability to learn and effectively use ServiceTitan.
• Positive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners throughout Monroe County and surrounding counties, based out of Bloomington, IN, to inspect residential HVAC systems.
• Evaluate heating and cooling equipment and recommend the best indoor comfort solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Explain system conditions, repair options, and replacement recommendations in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication and exceptional service.
• Help homeowners make informed decisions that improve comfort, efficiency, and system reliability.
• Complete accurate job documentation using ServiceTitan.
• Operate a take-home company vehicle while maintaining a professional appearance and organized work environment.
• Follow company safety standards while delivering a professional customer experience.
• Participate in company-paid training to continue developing your technical knowledge and consultative sales skills.
