JD Service Now in Durham, NC is seeking an HVAC Sales Associate who can build rapport, uncover homeowner needs, and confidently recommend the right solution. You don’t need HVAC expertise; we’ll teach the technical side and you’ll focus on selling, communicating, and connecting with people.

This role offers high earning potential with a $70k draw plus up to 10% commission and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn technical information and confidently explain it to homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Present clear recommendations and accurate proposals.
• Educate homeowners and help them make confident decisions.
• Follow the SPARK sales process and company best practices.
• Confidently ask for the sale while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Create accurate scopes of work and maintain detailed customer records.
• Work with technicians, installers, and team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
