You will engage with residential customers to assess needs and recommend solutions, perform on-site assessments, explain options clearly, and process sales paperwork.

Qualifications

• HVAC system operation knowledge for residential use.
• Ability to troubleshoot and explain error codes.
• Minimum 1 year field experience in HVAC or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residential customers to assess their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Process sales agreements and related paperwork accurately
• Coordinate job scheduling and payment with customers
• Generate and follow up on leads, both company-provided and self-generated, to drive business growth
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times

Qualifications

Compensation

$70,000 – $125,000+ per year, with uncapped incentives and spiffs. Compensation is based on experience and performance.
