Job summary

One Hour HVAC is seeking a driven professional to join our residential sales team. This role focuses on presenting replacement HVAC options, educating customers, and guiding financing choices in a customer-friendly manner.

You will learn the One Hour sales system, maintain job margins as directed, and demonstrate a safety-conscious approach both on-site and while driving to client homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• InSales experience required.
• HVAC trade experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills and technical competence.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record.
