Responsibilities
- Drive new business and client services in Mechanical Contractors & Engineers with MEP / HVAC projects; manage territory selling Refrigeration & HVAC services and agreements.
- Initiate and coordinate events for client engagement.
- Set and follow up on leads and referrals from current clients to generate new business.
- Understand MEP / HVAC equipment and BAS equipment.
- Perform sales, marketing, business development, client relation, communication tasks.
- Exhibit technical understanding, leadership, teamwork, and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or background in HVAC, facility services, or property management.
- Experience with B2B sales preferred; knowledge of the Colorado Springs business environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, demonstrated rapport building, sales success, and customer satisfaction; professional image.
- Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- B2B sales experience, including selling services rather than just projects.
- Capability to manage complex, longer‑term sales cycles (average 3 months, can exceed a year).
- Experience with larger equipment (boilers, chillers, packaged units, VRF, CRAC) and controls.
- Background check, MVR, and drug test eligibility.
- Professional, polished, tenacious, and able to navigate a fast‑paced, evolving energy service field.
- Good time‑management and proactive tool development for efficiency.
