Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales-related work experience.
• HVAC, control systems, building automation knowledge.
• Ability to interpret mechanical plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory with owners, engineers, and contractors.
• Develop and execute plans to maximize sales opportunities for customers.
• Explain HVAC products and systems to customers in clear terms.
• Prepare accurate sales activity reports, forecasts, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth turnover after sale.
