Jetson is seeking a hungry sales professional to drive home electrification in Centennial, CO. You will own the full sales cycle from qualification to closing, focusing on heat pump system quotes and upgrades, including rebates and regulatory steps.

You bring 2+ years selling home services to homeowners, a track record of hitting targets, and comfort with CRM and sales sequencing. This is a Full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and equity options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling home services or tech to homeowners
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Strong verbal and written communication and closing skills
• Experience with CRM and sales sequencing
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly new business targets by following up with prospects from qualification to closing.
• Finalize heat pump system quotes with load verifications and guide options and rebates.
• Track personal sales KPIs daily and adjust outreach strategy to hit targets.
• Prepare quotes and guide through upgrade options and processes
