Job summary

Qualifications

• HVACR terminology knowledge is a plus.
• Demonstrated performance history in sales & new market development.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals with ability to analyze and interpret sales and market data.
• Strong business/problem solving skills with focus on customer service (internal and external).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Salesforce; familiarity with other web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service with incoming communication.
• Assist in resolving customer relations problems with dealers and end users.
• Seek out new business opportunities by making outbound sales calls to new and existing customers; identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure customers understand and use our technologies and grow adoption and usage rates.
• Use sales and account management processes to consult with customers to increase knowledge of products and programs.
• Communicate effectively both externally and internally.
• Document and plan activities in Salesforce (Calendar, Tasks, Events).
• Assess clients' needs, recommend or assist in selecting appropriate goods or services, and negotiate prices or terms.
• Develop sales presentations, proposals, or materials to illustrate benefits of goods or services.
• Attend training to stay updated with product lines and technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
