Job summary

CoolToday in Sarasota is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and train the sales process for HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical services. You will develop training materials, run sales classes for technicians, recruit and mentor a growing team, and drive revenue while upholding service levels.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience training HVAC technicians to sell residential systems; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience training HVAC Technicians to sell residential HVAC systems.
• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Bi-lingual with English and Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of fleet dispatch and logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example how to sell residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
• Develop training materials for use within HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments.
• Create and lead sales classes with groups of 12-15 Technicians.
• Recruit, train, and retain Sales Technicians.
• Motivate, manage, and discipline Technicians.
• Review and Approve Technician time and payroll.
• Manage key financial objectives (gross profit, operating profit).
• Address customer complaints related to field operations.
