Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking an HVAC Branch Manager to lead all aspects of the Sarasota location. You will hire staff, grow the workload, and implement efficiencies to reduce costs while delivering high-quality service to customers both inside and outside the organization.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of management or team-lead experience and 3 years of HVAC installation or repair experience, with strong communication and bilingual

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management or team-lead experience.
• Minimum 3 years HVAC installation or repair experience.
• Ability to relate well with employees at all levels.
• Superior customer interaction and communication skills.
• Computer literacy and technology savvy.
• Valid Florida driver's license with clean record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
