Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC.
• 2+ years of experience in sales or leadership roles.
• Financial competency, including KPI's & gross profit.
• Experience with HVAC field software (ServiceTitan).
• Positive “can do” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and follow-up to drive sales and build relationships with customers.
• Focus on sales and profitability to ensure strong financial performance.
• Coach, train, and hire team members to continually improve performance.
• Utilize ServiceTitan for operational effectiveness and accuracy.
