• Minimum 2-3 years of in-home sales experience; supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly performance goals set by the General Manager; collaborate with other departments to identify challenges and drive solutions.
• Assist with training and developing our sales advisor team, enhancing understanding of building science, energy efficiency improvements, and HVAC solutions.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring of sales advisors to meet goals.
• Help organize and lead weekly sales meetings to discuss strategies and selling techniques.
• Prepare and present performance reports and insights during weekly management meetings.
