Job summary

2020 Search Partners is partnering with an established HVAC/building-solutions provider in Central California to hire a Sales Manager who will lead the sales department across multiple Central Valley markets.

You will oversee talent acquisition, training, and mentoring while managing pipelines, forecasts, and contract reviews to meet annual targets and close sales. This role is based along the Fresno-Tulare corridor and requires full-time on-site work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
• Mechanical or service-sales industry experience.
• Strong sales track record with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
• Effective recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Setting targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts
• Hiring and developing service-sales staff
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with sales reps to drive activity metrics
• Building and leading a team of salespeople to drive revenue through new business development
• Train, direct, and evaluate sellers on the company value proposition
• Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
