Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in HVAC or residential home services sales leadership.
• Experience managing, coaching and developing sales teams.
• Proven track record of improving team performance and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of residential HVAC sales processes and customer buying behaviour.
• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven sales environment.
• Experience using sales technology or AI coaching tools is beneficial.
• A strong desire to improve, compete and achieve measurable results.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop Comfort Advisors, sales professionals and sales support teams.
• Implement and manage real-time lead follow-up processes to maximise sales opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance metrics including close rate, average ticket, margin and overall team results.
• Create coaching plans and provide ongoing support to improve performance.
• Work closely with installation, service and marketing teams to ensure effective customer handover and execution.
• Use AI-based coaching tools, including RillaVoice, to support real-time training and development.
• Set the standard through strong leadership, accountability and a results-focused approach.
