Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to help drive sales team success in Indianapolis. The role focuses on supporting monthly HVAC sales targets, coaching Comfort Advisors, and leading sales meetings when needed.

You will assist with weekend sales operations, oversee retail lead generation, travel to partner stores, and regularly track KPIs to report to partners. A strong candidate has 2+ years in-home sales leadership and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience (HVAC strongly preferred).
• Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer proficiency (MS Office; CRM experience a plus).
• Comfort with basic math and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Manager in hitting monthly HVAC sales targets.
• Motivate, coach, and guide Comfort Advisors.
• Lead sales meetings when needed.
• Assist with weekend sales operations (Saturday/Sunday).
• Oversee retail lead generation efforts and travel to partner stores.
• Track KPIs and report to retail partners weekly.
