Job summary
Air Control Concepts, in partnership with JMB & Associates, seeks an HVAC Sales Engineer in Madison, WI. You will drive commercial HVAC sales, interpret plans, prepare cost estimates, and guide projects from proposal through completion.
The role requires strong customer service, organization, and collaboration with the sales team and manufacturers. This exempt position offers a $130,000 annual draw with 30% commission on project profit, plus benefits and growth opportunities within the AIR
Qualifications
- BS Engineering in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- 5+ years HVAC industry experience; project management or design experience preferred.
- Experience estimating, selling and marketing HVAC mechanical and/or solution projects to end-users in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Interpret construction plans and specifications; prepare cost estimates and proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while driving commercial HVAC sales.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors and manufacturers to deliver HVAC solutions.
