Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in a similar field.
• 2–4 years of operational HVAC experience and related product lines.
• Proficiency with air conditioning, heating, ventilation equipment at wholesale level.
• Proven success in sales, operations, purchasing and inventory management.
• Experience in mentoring employees and achieving business goals.
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret P&L statements.
• Must possess a Driver’s License and read English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Baker as a leader driving sales and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and merchandising in showroom.
• Manage inventory turns and minimize losses through the year.
• Coordinate Center training and events with safety in mind.
• Oversee Center P&L and supervise Counter Sales, Drivers, and showroom staff.
