Job summary

Baker Distributing is seeking a Sales Center Manager to lead daily operations of a wholesale HVAC distributorship in Missouri. The role focuses on driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction while managing a diverse team of professionals.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, center P&L, and staff training, working closely with the Regional Manager to implement company standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Baker as a leader to maximize sales and profitability.
• Manage inventory, showroom merchandising, and stock turns.

• Recruit, hire, train, and lead Center staff across multiple roles.
• Coordinate training and safety programs.
