Daikin Applied, the world's largest HVAC company, is seeking an HVAC Sales Associate in Long Island City, NY. You will lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through phone and in-person interactions.

You will support the internal sales team with orders, product inquiries, warranty administration, and issue resolution, while researching market data to price inventory competitively. This role emphasizes growing the customer base and revenue with strong service orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of HVAC and/or sales experience required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through both phone and in-person customer interactions.
• Provide technical support to the internal sales team, including order processing, product and service inquiries, warranty administration, and customer issue resolution.
• Research market and competitive pricing data to ensure inventory is priced competitively while maintaining profitability.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the parts sales office to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Enhance customer policies and procedures by identifying needs and making appropriate exceptions when necessary.
• Expand and grow the existing customer base through relationship building and new customer acquisition.
• Identify and implement new sales strategies to increase overall office revenue from both existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct regular sales calls and customer outreach to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $30.91 - 50.96 USD Hourly in New Jersey/New York. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law. Safety-sensitive positions may require cannabis (marijuana) testing. All testing and employment decisions will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
