Job summary

Daikin Applied in New York (Long Island City/Brooklyn warehouse) is seeking an HVAC Sales Associate to lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through phone and in-person interactions, while providing technical support to the internal sales team.

You will develop marketing strategies to reach revenue goals, expand the customer base through relationship building and new client acquisition, and help maintain competitive pricing and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of HVAC and/or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through phone and in-person customer interactions.
• Provide technical support to the internal sales team, including order processing, product and service inquiries, warranty administration, and customer issue resolution.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the parts sales office to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Expand and grow the existing customer base through relationship building and new customer acquisition.
• Identify and implement new sales strategies to increase overall office revenue from both existing and prospective customers.

The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
