Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support safety programs across our commercial HVAC service operations. This role collaborates with Operations, Branch Managers, HR, and field technicians to promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.

The candidate will assist with incident management, training, inspections, reporting, and continuous improvement while traveling to NAS branches and job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Health & Safety, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of safety, EHS, compliance, operations, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel to NAS branches and customer/job sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and administration of NAS safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and applicable safety requirements.
• Partner with Operations leadership to identify safety risks and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct and coordinate branch, jobsite, vehicle, and field safety inspections.
• Maintain safety documentation, records, certifications, and compliance reports.
• Assist with updating safety policies and procedures based on regulatory or operational changes.
• Support the implementation and ongoing administration of safety programs across NAS locations.
