Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and administration of safety programs across our commercial HVAC service operations in the United States.

You\'ll work closely with Operations, Branch Managers, Area Managers, Human Resources, and field technicians to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of safety, EHS, compliance, or operations experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and administration of NAS safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and applicable federal, state, and local safety requirements.
• Partner with Operations leadership to identify safety risks and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct and/or coordinate branch, jobsite, vehicle, and field safety inspections.
• Maintain safety documentation, records, certifications, and compliance reports.
• Assist with updating safety policies and procedures based on regulatory or operational changes.
• Support the implementation and ongoing administration of safety programs across NAS locations.
