Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Service Project Manager to lead HVAC retrofit projects across commercial and industrial environments in Alameda, CA. You will oversee projects, coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred) and at least 2+ years of PM experience in HVAC service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC service industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC retrofit projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Ensure work complies with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
