Job summary
Jobot is seeking a Project Manager or Project Executive to lead HVAC, plumbing, and related systems across commercial and industrial projects in San Jose. You will oversee initiatives from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with clients, sub-contractors, and field teams to deliver on schedule and within budget.
The role requires 3+ years of HVAC project management experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years as a Project Manager in HVAC.
- Knowledge of commercial/industrial HVAC sheet metal, mechanical, refrigerant piping, and hydronic piping.
Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC, plumbing, architectural sheet metal, and process piping construction projects across commercial and industrial environments.
- Oversee projects from preconstruction to closeout with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure safety, quality, on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage multiple projects, drive financial performance, support forecasting, and foster collaboration across delivery models.
